A huge news for GRAND THEFT AUTO fans. Rockstar Games officially announced the GTA Trilogy: The Definitive Edition release. Ever since the news broke on social media, fans are hyped-up, excited and looking forward to experience the re-defined version of GTA Classics.
GTA Trilogy will be the remastered version of the PS2’s three classic GTA games — GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas for new generation. Players are on cloud nine to experience their favorite remastered version. The Trilogy will release for PS5, PS4, Xbox series X, S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and the Rockstar Games Launcher.
Rockstar Games confirmed the news on October 8 with trailer release. GTA Trilogy: The Definitive Edition is an enhanced version releasing honor of the upcoming 20th anniversary of GTA 3. The trailer video did not contain any gameplay clips or other details. Note — with the release of Definitive edition, publishers will remove the original game from all virtual stores.
GTA Trilogy Release Date
In a recent tweet by Tom Henderson, the GTA Trilogy might be released on November 11. The official announcement is yet to arrive.
Also, gaming journalist Andy Robinson states that the physical copies will be out on December 7. According to Andy, Gamers will receive a boxed release before Christmas.
After the announcement, players are patiently waiting for the launch of Definitive Edition of GTA Trilogy. However, Rockstar has not mentioned the pricing details officially yet. The rumors says, the publishers will take the games off the Steam and sell it exclusively on Rockstar Store Launcher.
Moreover, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will also come for iOS and Android in the first half of 2022, the leak suggests.
